This is a flagship event of the Southeast Crokinole Circuit featuring a weekend of community\, competition\, and celebration hosted by Queen City Crokinole! \nMain Tournament Details: \n\n\nMain Event: Doubles Crokinole Tournament \n\n\nDate: Saturday\, October 11th\, 2025 \n\n\nLocation: Divine Barrel Brewing (Charlotte\, NC) \n\n\nTeam Capacity: 64 teams max \n\n\nFormat: Swiss rounds for seeding\, double elimination bracket \n\n\nPrizes: Over $1000 in cash\, exclusive giveaways\, and the honor of donning The Masters of Crokinole green jackets awarded to the top team. \n\n\nSanctioning: Southeast Crokinole Circuit and pending NCA approval \n\n\nWeekend Schedule Highlights: \n\n\nThursday\, Oct 9: Optional disc golf activities (more details TBA) \n\n\nFriday\, Oct 10: Casual disc golf tournaments during the day \, followed by our Friday Night Welcome Party at Protagonist \n\n\nSaturday\, Oct 11: The Main Event – Doubles Crokinole Tournament at Divine Barrel Brewing \n\n\nSunday\, Oct 12: Optional casual games\, more disc golf & farewell flicks \n\n\nEvent locations and Disc Golf Courses can be found here. Our flicks are smaller\, our discs are rounder\, and our greens are strictly for bragging rights. This is all about Crokinole\, community\, and a little friendly competition – no golf clubs required. \nFull Weekend Schedule: \nPlease Note: All events outside of Saturday’s main tournament are completely optional! They’re here for your enjoyment and to help build community over the weekend but we kindly ask that you let us know what you plan to attend so we can plan food\, drinks\, and space accordingly. \nThursday – October 9\, 2025 \nDisc Golf Day in the Mecca \n\n\nWe’ll recommend several great Charlotte-area courses and set up casual meetups for folks arriving early. No formal competition—just a warm-up and a chance to connect. Maybe even check out the US Disc Golf Championships! \n\n\nFriday – October 10\, 2025 \nDaytime: Casual and Competitive Disc Golf Events and Tournaments\n11401 Ardrey Kell Rd\, Charlotte\, NC 28277 \n\n\nJoin us for some friendly disc golf rounds and low-key contests. We’ll have suggested group times and locations to coordinate with other players. \n\n\nFirst throw at Elon Park 1pm \n\n\nEager Beaver for casual \n\n\nAngry Beaver for competitive \n\n\n\n\nTournament prizes will be awarded for each division! \n\n\nEvening: Friday Night Welcome Party at Protagonist\n227 Southside Dr Unit A\, Charlotte\, NC 28217 \n\n\nCheck in around 7pm \n\n\nKick off the weekend in style with food\, drinks\, and flicks. \n\n\nWe’ll have boards out and a few surprises along the way. \n\n\nCome hungry as food is included in your entry fee! \n\n\nYour first drink is on us! \n\n\nDrinks flow until 11pm \n\n\nSaturday – October 11\, 2025 \nThe Main Event – Doubles Tournament at Divine Barrel Brewing\n3701 N Davidson St Suite #203\, Charlotte\, NC 28205 \n\n\nCheck-in Opens: 8:00 – 9:15am \n\n\nAnnouncements: 9:15am \n\n\nFirst Flick: 9:30am \n\n\nSwiss rounds throughout the morning for seeding (expect 6 to 8 rounds based on total registrations) \n\n\nLunch Break: 12pm – 12:45pm \n\n\nElimination Bracket: 1pm-6pm \n\n\nDinner Break: 6pm – 7:30pm \n\n\nBracket finals to close out the tournament \n\n\nPrizes\, jackets\, and glory await \n\n\nBreakfast sandwiches may be available for purchase. Lunch is included in your tournament entry. Full bar\, draft beer\, NA beer\, and craft soda available all day via the brewery. Food trucks will be on site for dinner; or there are a ton of places to checkout nearby.
