Cans Coming Up

We’ve got so many fun cans dropping in early May! We’ve got a themed brew for Star Wars Day, some zesty options conveniently releasing on Cinco de Mayo, and we’ve got a very special barrel aged Imperial Stout for CLT Brewed Week! Obviously, we’re doing things a bit different to start this morning, so read along to see what’s coming your way.

Star Wars Day – Wednesday, May 4, 2022

We’ve got a special can release for Star Wars Day! Aside from the OG films, Rebel Base Comics & Toys hanging out all day with dope Star Wars collectibles, we’re releasing our first Cold IPA!

I Did It All For the Wookie: Cold IPA, 7.2% ABV, 90 IBUs – Much like the force, this Cold IPA strikes a balance between the delicate nature of a Lager with the power of hops! We brewed this Lager base with rice to help give it a refreshingly clean base, and then came out firing like Chewy’s bowcaster with a blast of Simcoe, Citra & El Dorado hops to impart notes of pineapple, clementine & pine!

Cinco de Mayo – Thursday, 5/5/22

We’re getting zesty on Thursday with cans & draft of Zest Intentions & Lime Lager, as well as the return of one of our favorite hazies:

Zest Intentions: Citrus Berliner, 5.5% ABV – Zest Intentions is our refreshing answer to beating the Carolina heat! It’s a Berliner with massive amounts of orange, grapefruit, lemon & lime. A super clean base beer allows for waves of ripe citrus to crash your senses. Lightly tart and insanely thirst-quenching, it’s the perfect warm weather beer!

Lime Lager: American Lager, 5.2% ABV – We took our American Lager recipe and added just enough tangy lime to make this a perfect and refreshing heat beating treat!

Neon Distraction: Hazy IPA, 7.3% ABV, 20 IBUs – This light absorbing hazy juice bomb will be sure to keep you occupied. It was double dry-hopped with copious amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria for a brilliant beam of hops diverging between notes of tangerine, pineapple and white grape.

CLT Brewed Week – Thursday, 5/12/22
