Fine Line tattoo artist Kayla Bell of High Vibes Tattoo returns for a book-ish themed pop-up on Friday, January 23rd. Signups start at 3:30pm, and the pop-up window is 4-9pm! The pop-up’s flash sheet will be released at 10pm the night before via the @highvibestattoo instagram page.
Monday – Thursday: 4pm – 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday: 12pm – 7pm
