January 4th is a day for New Year’s Vibes with High Vibes Tattoo! Tattoo artist Kayla Bell does intricate fine-line tattoo artwork, and she has created a special set to start your year off right with great vibes. Signups start at 10:30am, and it’s first come first serve! The flash sheet will be posted on her instagram, @highvibestattoo, the night before.
