OneBand is back with our spookiest, most eclectic lineup yet! Previous OneBandits will tell you it’s a one-of-a-kind experience — a quick, musical rush that will re-spark your love of playing/performing/singing. Some real friendships and even some fantastic new Charlotte bands have spun out of this joyful OneBand energy, too!

For this monstrously good almost-Halloween session, we’re serving up a setlist that ranges from Little Richard (anyone else get Tutti Futti’s when trick-or-treating?) to Billie Eilish (there’s always a bad guy lurking outside ) … from Dolly’s haunting desperation to MCR’s theatrical chaos.

The OneBand concept is simple: We post a short setlist. Anyone who wants to play those songs with us can sign up. And we mean ANYONE. Amateur musicians and professional players; newbies and veterans; hacks and savants. Any instrument; any skill level. The only qualifications are a desire to play music with others, and a willingness to learn and perform these songs together on a stage. We do ONE rehearsal and ONE performance, and then we disband forever. Our mantra is: “Connection, Not Perfection.”

The prospect of learning 7 songs in a single 3-hour rehearsal is delightfully terrifying, and we want you in the band! Here’s October’s setlist for OneBand #24:
