Welcome to The Masters of Crokinole, the Southeast’s premier doubles Crokinole tournament! This is a flagship event of the Southeast Crokinole Circuit featuring a weekend of community, competition, and celebration hosted by Queen City Crokinole!

Main Tournament Details:

• Main Event: Doubles Crokinole Tournament

• Date: Saturday, October 11th, 2025

• Location: Divine Barrel Brewing (Charlotte, NC)

• Team Capacity: 64 teams max

• Format: Swiss rounds for seeding, double elimination bracket

• Prizes: Over $1000 in cash, exclusive giveaways, and the honor of donning The Masters of Crokinole green jackets awarded to the top team.

• Sanctioning: Southeast Crokinole Circuit and pending NCA approval

• Friday, Oct 10: Casual disc golf tournaments during the day , followed by our Friday Night Welcome Party at Protagonist

• Saturday, Oct 11: The Main Event – Doubles Crokinole Tournament at Divine Barrel Brewing

• Sunday, Oct 12: Optional casual games, more disc golf & farewell flicks

You must register as a team. If you don’t have a partner, please wait to register until you do. Pricing increases September 1st to $175 per team.

Just So We’re Clear…
While we do hand out a fancy green jacket to our champs, The Masters of Crokinole has zero affiliation with any famous golf tournaments, golf courses, or guys named Augusta. Our flicks are smaller, our discs are rounder, and our greens are strictly for bragging rights. This is all about Crokinole, community, and a little friendly competition – no golf clubs required.

Thursday – October 9, 2025

Disc Golf Day in the Mecca

• We’ll recommend several great Charlotte-area courses and set up casual meetups for folks arriving early. No formal competition—just a warm-up and a chance to connect. Maybe even check out the US Disc Golf Championships!

Friday – October 10, 2025

Daytime: Casual and Competitive Disc Golf Events and Tournaments

• Join us for some friendly disc golf rounds and low-key contests. We’ll have suggested group times and locations to coordinate with other players.

• First throw at Elon Park 1pm

  • Eager Beaver for casual

  • Angry Beaver for competitive

• Tournament prizes will be awarded for each division!

Evening: Friday Night Welcome Party at Protagonist

• Kick off the weekend in style with food, drinks, and flicks.

• We’ll have boards out and a few surprises along the way.

• Come hungry as food is included in your entry fee!

• Check-in Opens: 8:00 – 9:15am

• Announcements: 9:15am

• First Flick: 9:30am

• Swiss rounds throughout the morning for seeding (expect 6 to 8 rounds based on total registrations)

• Lunch Break: 12pm – 12:45pm

• Elimination Bracket: 1pm-6pm

• Dinner Break: 6pm – 7:30pm

• Bracket finals to close out the tournament

• Prizes, jackets, and glory await

Breakfast sandwiches may be available for purchase. Lunch is included in your tournament entry. Full bar, draft beer, NA beer, and craft soda available all day via the brewery. Food trucks will be on site for dinner; or there are a ton of places to checkout nearby. After the tournament, we will keep boards out for those that want to keep playing!

Sunday – October 12 (Optional Farewell Flicks)

• Join us for a casual meetup—more Crokinole, more disc golf, and a chance to wind down and say goodbye

• Let us know you’re staying in town and we’ll make sure you have something to do

• No structure, just vibes
