It’s Anniversary Week

Welcome to Divine Barrel Brewing’s 3rd Anniversary week! We made it friends, and not a second too soon! We’re not throwing a big party like we’ve done in year’s past. We’re focusing on bringing you some insanely exciting can and bottle releases this week! We are here today to tell you about the four cans we’re dropping this Thursday, March 4, when we open at noon! We mixed in a bitterboi with Dank Zappa, and a socially relevant hazy called Wow Much Juicy. Let us not forget about our super charged Double Carolina Cobbler – Blueberry and It’s A Double Rainbow! Dank Zappa

Dank Zappa: West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABV, 92 IBUS – This incredibly hop forward West Coast IPA was brewed with Citra, Mosaic & Idaho 7. A clean malt base supports heavy notes of mandarin, drippy papaya and dank notes of pine sap, which helps balance this bitterboi with an assertive yet pleasant bitterness.

It’s A Double Rainbow

It’s A Double Rainbow: Imperial Berliner, 8.0% ABV – We decided to take our beloved Cadillac Rainbows and doubled damn near everything about the beer. At almost twice the original ABV, we added 2.5x the amount of fruit, and we even tossed lactose in just because. It tastes like Cadillac Rainbows on steroids.

Double Carolina Cobbler – Blueberry

Double Carolina Cobbler – Blueberry: Imperial Blueberry Cobbler Sour, 8.0% ABV – This Berliner will have you seeing double! Think of our beloved Carolina Cobbler series, and double just about everything! Grandma’s cobbler would be bursting at the crust with the amount of ingredients we jammed into this. It was dosed with extra helpings of blueberries, Madagascan vanilla, graham crackers, cinnamon & lactose, giving this dessert-style Berliner the extra pillowy mouthfeel it deserves.  A blast of ripe berries gives way to a heaping scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and a cinnamon pie crust.

Wow Much Juicy

Wow Much Juicy: Hazy IPA, 7.1% ABV, 25 IBUs – We brewed this hazy IPA with Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic and Galaxy. Unlike a volatile meme stock, the juice is stable in this light-absorbing haze bomb. Complete with notes of orange, peach rings, passion fruit, and just a hint of resin, which allows for a dry, quenching sip.

How to Score 4-Packs

You can head to our web shop to purchase these 4-packs while they’re still in stock! You can always come see us at our taproom in NoDa to pick up your cans. Curbside delivery is always a great option if you’re not ready to come into the taproom. Just give us a call when you’ve arrived and one of our friendly bartenders will run your order out to you. If you’re a resident of Mecklenburg County you can place a contactless home delivery order as well! We deliver Thursday – Saturday, and simply require a $30 order minimum! Please note that we’ll be fully staffed at the brewery this Saturday, so we will not be making deliveries this Saturday. Finally, we’ll have a tent set up outside to handle any to-go can or bottle sales on Saturday! All of these tasty beers will be on tap to sample as well.
