Fine Line tattoo artist Kayla Bell of High Vibes Tattoo returns for a book-ish themed pop-up on Saturday, April 25th. Signups start at 11:30am, and the pop-up window is 12-6pm!
Monday – Wednesday: 4pm – 10pm
Thursday – Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday: 12pm – 8pm
