Fine Line tattoo artist Kayla Bell of High Vibes Tattoo returns for a book-ish themed pop-up on Friday, January 23rd. Signups start at 3:30pm, and the pop-up window is 4-9pm!
Monday – Wednesday: 4pm – 10pm
Thursday – Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday: 12pm – 8pm
